Real EState litigation/landlord-tenant

Real estate disputes arise in the sale of homes in many ways, including disclosure issues, inspection issues, contract breaches, and the like. Issues arise in HOA’s that need dispute resolution of litigation. Neighbors occasionally turn against one another for reasons of encroachments or nuisance. Real Estate developments can have myriad issues arise far beyond mere construction disputes, including issues with permitting, design review board matters, planning commission, and contract issues with any number of vendors.

McKibbon Law Firm will guide and protect your legal interests and fight for them when necessary in real estate litigation. Mr. McKibbon will work with his clients to seek the most expeditious route to resolution.

PROFESSIONAL LICENSING BOARDS/LLR

Mr. McKibbon represents professionals who are under investigation or in disciplinary actions with the LLR (Professional Licensing Board) including nurses, dentists, physicians, other medical professions, real estate, insurance, and any other regulated professionals.

Mr. McKibbon will represent and advocate your position during investigation with the office of disciplinary counsel, and assist you with mitigating and defending your professional integrity.
