A native of Greenville, William R. McKibbon III has been practicing law in the Upstate for over 23years. Eager to always learn, after Davidson College and University of Law School, he has since earned a Master’s Degree from Georgetown University (MPRE) and a Graduate Certificate from Harvard University (HES) in Topics in Human Behavior, with intention to continue credits toward an ALM in Psychology.

Mr. McKibbon “hung his shingle” for a sole practice in 2009 after 9 years of practice in a large regional firm and as general counsel within two private companies. Since then, his practice has largely been focused in the upstate of South Carolina. Mr. McKibbon knows that every client is a concerned client, and every issue is personal. He focuses his practice on individuals and businesses dealing with tough situations, whether small business owners, professionals with licensing/board concerns, parties in disputes regarding real estate, individuals enduring domestic strife, or the criminally accused. the firm is here for you.
